Seventeen colour clash

I love trying Nail varnish, love love love. I wish I had more of a steady hand to be fair, some  of the nail art the girls on here can do are amazing.

But this was a little find from Boots, Admittedly it was hidden away in a corner. 

Seven Colour Clash retails at £3.99

I did two applications of this one, However before that I did apply.. L.A colours blue. 
This was easy to put on and smooth. It is so hard to find a good varnish with glitter that is actually smooth and not gritty. 

This is the perfect colour for spring, with the little something! 



Oh, god I love my food. I could have a relationship with food. Yes, It would be a love/hate relationship.. but it would never argue back. 

When I first moved to Cheltenham last year I told myself that I would try everything and everywhere I  could!

I am a women on a mission. It also helps with the bucket list too thou which is an added bonus!

So todays little eat out was Falafel Man in Cheltenham.

I have been curious about this little stall for so long! You can really tell what he does from afar. He is always near H&M in the high street. 

It is incredible the different style of food, this is a Mediterranean dish. With the cook originally from Israel. I picked the salad box and added an extra few bits like sun roasted tomatoes, and nuts. I did not fancy the olives!

The falafels where amazing, Tasty and full of flavour! 
 You have a salad base almost a coleslaw, with pickles, and a yogurt and lime herb dressing with a blended seed dressing too! You can choose the either have the falafels separately. Have the mix ready to cook at home or a pitta! 

I give this place 10/10!

Now I know losing weight in one of the hardest most challenging thing there is to do, But where is nothing more important than your health. 

I lost over 60 lbs last time on Weight watchers in just under 5 months! Yes I had the monthly take away and a cheat meal every week! No I did not miss a meal! So far I have lost another 17lbs this time! 

I have a few tips I would like to share! 

1. Write a food diary

I am all about honesty, yes I do still eat chocolate and some times I am not as good as I should be, But at the end of the day we are all human. I write in my food diary EVERY DAY. If I don't have it on me! I use my phone. Even if i eat one mint… nick a mouth full of a friends food. 

Write it, you will be amazed to see where you are going wrong. Plus if you are stuck to dinner ideas just check what you have eaten in the past and what you are allowed! 

2. Take a picture of your food

Sounds so silly but it works, you go to more effort to make your food look nice especially if its all over Instagram… and it makes a meal worthwhile. So what would you rather take a picture of a burger or a delicious mouth watering salad.?

3. Dont shoot yourself if you have a naughty meal

When I lost all my weight last time, I lived in norfolk in a beautiful cottage! Very English. But it was also right next door to a chinese. Hard going smelling of that yummy food. So every now and then when I would work late I would have chips. The trick it to not beat yourself up, I would be so good for the rest of the week and workout more so I didn't gain..
Now what goes in my head, If I eat these chips I will have to add an extra hour on the run… And I start to think it isn't worth it. I will only eat up bloated and uncomfortable. 

4. Tell EVERYONE about your diet. 

If you plan to fail you will fail. Tell as many people as you can, they will be supportive. The only downside of not telling people. I have done it and believe me I have failed thinking Oh I will surprise them and see what they say. The downside is when you start to slowly go back to your old ways there is no one telling you what are you doing?? I like that! I like having people say 'wow you have done so well' Or my sister if I am out shopping and pick up something naughty..' should you really be having that you're doing so well' Admittedly  at the time I am a little annoyed but its these people you thank when you reach goal. 

5. Don't stock CRAP in the house

Yes, it is easy as that. I am an emotional eater and I have had so many problems with food in the past. 
But I find if I only keep good clean food in the house Thats all I will eat! I feel awful going in to a shop and picking up a chocolate bar because I know it won't do me any good. 

6. Weigh yourself every week same time. 

I know in the past I have weighed myself in the morning and then in the evening. But now my weigh in day is every Wednesday morning. I find you tend to weigh more in the evening so weighing yourself needs to be more accurate. 

7. Treat this as a lifestyle change not a diet

Simple. Eat clean and healthy enjoy the occasional treat but don't get into the mindset of once I finish my diet I can eat what ever I want. I know personally what that is like. Before you know it you will be back to starting point. Eat good and eat like it for the rest of your life! 
Find a good balance with food. 


I like to think I am lucky, I love to dance  and to walk! I used to walk all the time with the ex.. and I could walk for miles. Do weekly goals such as.. walk the long way to work.. See if you notice a difference. 

9. Plan ahead with meals out. 

This is my downfall, No one wants a salad when they go out they want a burger.I tend to know where we are going first off and check the website to see whats the healthiest. Otherwise I panic if I am not prepared. 


I think throughout loosing 60 odd pounds I must of had 2 cocktails in the same of 5 months. In 2012 I was working so much I didn't have the time to go out. However now is my downfall. I live in a popular area of town and my girls want to go out so often. I hate turning them down.. I go out when I can but i Limit. its the key!

Weight watchers


I don't usually swear by diets, But Weight watchers is brilliant. back in 2012 I went from a size 18-20 to a size 12!!! It took April-September to loose over 50 lbs. I did it healthy running five times a week. Giving myself just a Saturday and a thursday off because I worked late. 

So I went from a 16 stone to 12 stone a SIZE 10-12 I MIGHT ADD!!!and was still a healthy relatively skinny person! I think most of the weight is boob weight! lucky me!

I was so HAPPY with my size!! But before you know it winter came and I couldn't maintain.. I stopped running as living in a small village I didn't like running in the dark! And then christmas came..uhoh.. 

So I am a constant yo-yo dieter I find the motivation to loose it but not keep it off. 

But now, Im single! Yes me and John broke up. I am doing this for me. I am fed up being in long term relationships. I am going to love me 100% before I even think about another man. 

So the update on this new diet, I re start the diet days every time I loose a stone so technically I am on day 35. But seeing as I have lost a stone I am on day 3. 

So I am -16lbs already! 

Less that 1/5 of the way to go! I want to be a happy size 10-12 again.
