Clinique POP Lip colour and Primer

CLINIQUE
Pop Lip colour and primer

So hands down I will admit I have never ever owned any Clinique  make up. I am a fan however of their skincare ranges that they do, especially the moisture surge cream (incredible stuff). It never really struck me to try their make up ranges.

So this little beauty was thanks to a secret santa at work and fellow blogger. This is in the shade -PUNCH POP a fantastic bright shiny pink, maybe the brightest pinky/purple shade I have for my collection.

The great thing about this lipstick other than the price (slightly more than MAC) Is the fact it contains a primer. Which means great easy smooth application with a high pigment colour that doesn't dry out the lips. Almost feels like you have put on a nourishing lip balm. I can see this being popular in the spring and summer, such a fresh shade.

With regards to how long is stays looking vibrant, I will have to see. Currently got it on today and two hours in and it still looks great. Do you have one of these, do you rate them high?

Boho Top - INSTYLE

Boho top TREND ALERT

 from New look £17.00

Have you noticed in all the high street shops currently, boho tops are in. I personally love the whole summery laid back casual look of these! I have brought countless versions of boho tops since May. It is just too easy to pair it with some shoes and sandals or some leggins and a leather jacket. Boom! day to evening look is sorted.

I have been after one of these for so long but I never found a style that was flattering for girls with big boobs like myself. You have to be so careful as the tops that hang off the shoulder is a no can do, I need a bra to help hold the girls up.

So this was another New Look find, I just love New Look its always great for price and such lovely designs. This was was just under the £20.00 mark but what really caught my eye was the gorgeous threaded detail and patterns down the front, and the tassels at the bottom of the shirt.

What do you think of think of this style, would you wear it?

I have found some gorgeous finds which I have my eye on below.

River Island

This one is so girly, Maybe it is because I am a lover all everything lace. But its so pretty!!

New Look

This one has a little more colour to it, And it more evening you can just pop tho with a leather jacket and it would really turn a day oufit into night time.

Long gold necklace

SIMPLE GOLD NECKLACE - PRIMARK FIND

You know those last minute dashes around shops, I did one of them last week. It involved last minute plans to go out in the evening, so I had to nip out on my lunch break at work. Took around half hour to go in to three shops including Primark and river island where I had brought a gorgeous white floaty vest and needed a little something to go with it. Couldn't pick between earrings, hair accessories or necklaces! I ended up going with a necklace

This is a gorgeous one I brought from Primark for only £2.00, About 24 inch long so they are made to hang down Which I love! I actually had a girl in bristol comment on it and ask where I brought it from. It is that lovely.

It really is good quality, and I just love the simple design. Another great thing is  because of the price you can buy more and layer it up. I love the different lengths really finishes of a plain outfit. I did buy a few more on my visit to Bristol which I will post soon. Just had to say that this one was my favourite.

What do you think about Primark jewellery would you buy any?

WORK LOOK

WORK LOOK WITH NEW LOOK

I never post about fashion, Actually come to think of it, I think I have blogged about this once before. I love fashion, I love putting outfits together and playing with clothes. However I think because I am still insecure with myself, I tend to play the safe card a lot.
However with work I have to wear smart, all black and hair tied back So on my days off I do tend to wear brighter clothes just so I don't constantly feel like I am going to a dam funereal.

I went into New Look in Cheltenham, which FYI. CRAP customer service, I basically got insulted by a member of staff, Saying for my size I should shop only in plus size stores..

Hold on…..  *****

So with that current mood, I picked up what I wanted and was out the door.

I got this beautiful long oversized boyfriend jacket/coat, Which I love it is so stylish!!
And I think its perfect for when you're cold you can wrap it around you. It adds a little more ZING to the constant line of black dresses I own.

Newlook for only £29.99 New in.

I also got this lovely dress from H&M, Its slightly fitted around the bust and fits so comfortable, Its so hard to find a plain smart dress where it's actually stylish and fashionable. As normal however H&M never fail!

H&M Black Dress £16.99

H&M Tights £7.99

I also wore a chain and bead necklace from New Look, I don't know why I happen to shop here so much! That was £5.99

NATURAL GLOW -BARRYM

Natural Glow - PALETTE by BARRY M

Oh, I brought something (hides) all my blog posts seem to be about pallets lately. So last week I was just stumbling around Boots and came across the make up stands and then found this little treasure. Such beautiful autumnal shades and for a small price of £6.49 It is such a good value. I could not put it back on the shelf. I have so many Barry M nail polishes that are just brilliant, and hardly any Barry M make up I thought I ought to start giving it a go.

The packaging is very pretty, simple and modern with a ample size mirror as you open the pallet. All the colours are so perfect for autumn which I just love. However all very subtle, you have to use a lot of the shadow to get a darker more intense shade, So therefore I am still trying to figure out if it is good for under £7.00 but I guess you do get the six shades and the very pastel pink blush.
I have sampled the shades below for you all to see, There are two other pallets in this range. One with just pink tones called Summer tones and another with black and greys called smoking hot. I recommend you all go out and buy these!

My bedroom -

My new Bedroom -

Now that I have moved my main focus has been to get my current room re- decorated. I have gone for a slightly girly classy theme with very pale colours. Lots of flowers and prints. Its so hard because I have tried to fit the contents on 2 bedrooms in to the space of a one bedroom. Which means The big wardrobe I had in Montepellier I know have to fit into the space of two wardrobes and a chest of drawers. It didn't bode well believe me.

I have a slight fascination with collection cushions, If I go shopping and I spot a lovely cushion I do end up buying it. So now I have quite the collection of mis-matched cushions. My favourites being the flower one which was a steal from home base at only £10.00. I do regret not getting another one to match. The blue small ones where from dunelm mill as well as the white one. Those three are more for decoration because of the beading on them, Slightly uncomfortable.

On my dressing Table

I try to keep this clutter free as possible. I have my main products that i use on here as well as my trusty No7 mirror. Which I got for a bargain at only 5.00 Instead of the usual £50.00. The small mirror pot i use to keep my bobbi-pins in I got for only £2.60 from Sainbsurys. Both my perfumes, Vera wang and Ralph Lauren where gifts, the pandora box contains my most precious jewellery. Some eating from my grandma, My ring and some bracelets. I have some bits of Dermalogica and Clinique and My mac lippy.

I spend a lot of money on flowers now, I just love them. These where tulips £5.00 in sainsburys, And the picture is off me and my little niece.

Another random side, some products my chanel mirror, Hd brows, and my earing holder.

I have many sentimental things on here, The little pig which is hiding is one which Dylan(nephew) made for me last year. I have a picture of me and my twin when we where little and a picture of me and my dad. My bracelets and some Mac makeup.

Braclet one was from John, My mum and my friend

I got these lamps at dunelm mill at £15.00 each, This picture was a lovely gift from my mum when I first moved in to my apartment in montepellier.

There is a shop in Cheltenham called Vinegar Hill, If you like chesty vintage decorations. This is the place to go, Admittedly it is costly this was £20.00

Some of my collection of necklaces.

The room isn't finished yet, I still have a lot to add on and to do, Anyway hope you all have a good easter Sunday!

Revolution Cheltenham

Lunch with the girls in Revolution , Cheltenham.

So on Monday me and the girls (Charl and Becca) decided to go for some lunch and cocktails, Some of my favourite things!

So we had to find somewhere not too expensive and good value for money with the drinks. So we picked Revs, This is a chain of bars, I know theres one in Ipswich, They must be dotted around the Uk.  I have been here about three times before one for lunch when I first moved here and  the other times when I was out drinking.

To start off with the deco was nice the guy Adam who served us said they where going for a Kath Kidson theme with the cushions and the art on the walls. It was lovely and quiet but they was maybe to the fact we where the only customers they had in.

Me and my friend Becca, Yes taking selflies!

The restaurant and Bar, It has almost a rustic theme to it.

We ended up getting two big pitchers at £10.00 each which worked out at 6.66 for 6 drinks! That's so good value for money on such nice drinks.

The food was good, The one thing I don't like is over processed food and a lot of it. I can't handle too much food on my plate which overlaps each other. Unless it's a roast then its a problem.

However the quality of the steak well good, I like mine medium rare. Which I kindly had to remind the guy how I liked it when he took our orders. Comes with home made chips and a very PEPPERY black pepper sauce. I couldn't handle it, too much pepper. This costs £8.00 Which I think is reasonable.

Becca overly enjoying her steak!

For pudding Charlotte had a cheesecake which she said was amazing, And I had a fondue with Becca.
It was caramel chocolate fondue, cinnamon sticks, raspberries, marshmallows and oreos. The oreos went needed I do not get the need to dip chocolate in to more chocolate. The best where the raspberries and the chocolate the rest all turned out to be a little too heavy for my liking.

Anyway, Im giving 7/10 Possibly would of been less but I was with good company and the steak was cooked good, Only downside was the sickly dessert. My fault I have eyes bigger than my belly.

Have you tried it

This has been a hectic month for me, Lots has happened. I've moved out of my beloved flat, I saw most of france. I finally got to see the eiffel Tower and Found out another sister is expecting.

This was taken in Oleans, France Outside one of the Abbeys we went too, The line of the trees and lamps the whole building itself was magical.

This was Dylans (nephew) idea of fun, seeing how many stickers he could put on me!

Dylans innocent face!

I did this girls hair last month but forgot to post a picture, How nice it this thou?

Little roos face when I let him in the car, He scooted up to the front of the seat to pretend he was driving! He balled his eyes out when I had to take him out! I just love this picture!
