August Buys

AUGUST BUYS

I am not the greatest person with money, I am sure any one who knows me knows this. I try and save, then something big always tends to happen and I need to fork out for something. But I have this huge great love for shopping. I have a vast range of scarves and bags in my wardrobe. Mostly because If I'm out and its cold I would go in any shop and buy a scarf. Its a silly logic, and actually thinking about it is most likely where my money goes. I did count about 24 scarves when I packed.. hmm and well I have a love for Ted Baker bags… drool..

Anyway, These are just a couple things I have brought last month. I did buy some cute things for my room. Which is currently all boxed up due to the fact I am moving next week YIPPEE.

I went in MAC (hides) But I was super good and spent about £33.00 pounds in total! Plus the covent garden MAC shop in London, is lovely and so inviting so I cant really be blamed.

I brought a Palette £2.50 ish!
The Palette box thingy itself is about £15.00

So you choose the inside, you can have one for bronzers which come with six bits or even less if you wanted too.

Then of course you buy the eyeshadows separately for £10.00 each

I also got a beautiful new lipstick from MAC.

Another Creme sheen one (told you I loved them), very similar to the Modesty shade I used in the previous post, However this is in the shade Creme cup. It is gorgeous… a lovely pink rosy shimmer.

What am I doing here.. errr

Its a pretty shade, Don't you think?

Another thing I got was a ring… Actually come to think of it I have A LOT of rings two.

This is such a pretty ring, Sterling Silver and Opal trilogy ring.

This was actually a gift from my mum as my step dad works for the Jewellery Channel. So yay!

Since I have been working part time in a jewellery shop I have grown quite the collection of Rings, earrings and necklaces.
But this is just such a different look and a completely different settings compared to the other rings and goes well with just about any outfit. Yes, It is on the ''engagement finger' I am not one too care.

So if you haven't I would recommend trying the jewellery channel for jewellery, you do find some beautiful treasures.

Dolce and salato - Cheltenham

Dolce and Salato

I love Italy, I love the food, the culture, the language ( parla poco italiano - I can speak a little) I love everything about it.

Now when I posted a blog of places I want to eat in Cheltenham I don't think this one on there. This is a small family owned restaurant in cheltenham. But the food, the service and having someone who really enjoys their job is a breath of fresh air. The deco was lovely, the only downside is going there with the children and lots of Vino (wine) about, I was scared it was going to get knocked.

I cant rave on any more about the service here, The guy who runs it is so lovely and welcoming and good with children!

I went with my sister and her three little ones, Dylan,4 Rueben who is 2 and little harper who is only six months. Usually when all three are together its hard work but all the children where well behaved.

We had the Breakfast all this, cup of tea and juice for only £6.00! Good prices as well as good service!
The food was well cooked, eggs still runny, sausage was very tasty and the bacon! I have never had bacon like this! Very Very tasty!!!!!

Mia could even feed Harper, For all the mummies who read my blog! You know how rare is it that a restaurant will let you do this!

Some of the pastries available, How yummy do the cakes look?

Dylan deciding that he wants only the yellow cake. He ate the icing and then gave the rest to rueben who scoffed it down.

Ruebens chocolate croissant. This was without a doubt one of the best croissants I have tasted. However Rueben had one bit and swapped with Dylan was devoured it.

I rate this 9/10

It is most likely the highest score I have given a restaurant in Cheltenham. I am highly recommending this place. I will go here the next chance I get for lunch to sample the lunch menu!
