Weight in day 45.

Okay, So I haven't been the best behaved on my diet this week. I did stick to the no fizzy rule. Go me!
But I did have a few little bites here and there when I was at someones house, And before you know it they all add up. However, I weighed myself yesterday and I lost 2 lbs which I was so chuffed! However on new medication and bloated beyond belief  the scales said today I stayed the same. We shall find out tomorrow.

This is one thing that gets me on new medication, I will go crazy If I gain weight, wheres the point in that?

Anyway tonight I had a bath, did my hair and looked in the mirror.

Had I really gotten this big????
I could of cried, and this is with the 20 lbs lost!!
So on goes a big teeshirt and joggers…
Maybe a little motivation is needed this week for me!

Anyway my healthy pictures from this week!

SOMEONE PLEASE MOTIVATE ME :(

HOME SWEET HOME

Home Sweet Home

I absolutely love my apartment, Its my home. Its mine.

As I mentioned on my first post, I am so lucky to have this place and so grateful for the people who made it happen. This apartment is my pride and joy styled to my own taste

This is a little look in to my place, and my favourite things I have in it .

Bedroom, where the magic happens.. how cliche!

This is a jewellery box with I won at work, from H Samuels. They are called stackers so you can build it up, such a good idea if you're like me and have tons of jewellery.

You will find most of my furniture is actually from Dunelm Mill. I went crazy when I first moved here took out a loan and spent hundreds. On essentials of course. These curtains where a gift from my mum. They match the bedspread!

Now, I remember the flowers in the mirror pot being about £7.00 and the lamp is one of two. They are from an amazing shop in gloucester where literally no two things are the same. I love shops like that, finding hidden treasures no one else has.

LOUNGE

This the hang out room in the flat, My favourite too. It has beautiful high victorian ceilings and Huge windows. In the summer this place stays so cool. However due to the thing glass on the windows it gets very very cold in winter, literally I have to put my heating on hours before just to warm up the big space.

This is another favourite, and a gift for christmas. Everyone who knows me knows my house is covered in owls. I have about Three owl doorstops, One my mum got me from Italy, Which I love.

A picture of My dad and me, and My twin and me when we where little, oh and an orange.

KITCHEN

I got a wall sticker, This one was about 3.99 from the range.

Lovely teapot, This was 12.99 I was on the hunt for a teapot and It took me months to find one that I liked. This was from b&s. And my Jamie Oliver herb rack! 14.99 Dunelm Mill. The typical Rum and Whiskey.

Spare Room

This is my Spare/salon room. As you can tell it doesn't serve much of a purpose.

The wall in the lounge,

How comfy is my bed, And Jeremy the monkey. Yes I am 21, Ive had him for years!

Some more shots of the lounge.

The kitchen island

BATHROOM

You might of noticed by now I have themes for each room. Such as Bedroom is grey/white/cream. Lounge I love travel books, a lot of wooden objects and lots of pictures, browns and purples. My bathroom is cotton white with little lavender hearts and a huge lavender painting on the wall you can't see.

Let's have a look at your place!

LOLA LIPSTICK

LOLA LIPSTICK - MINX.

Today I tried out a new and upcoming brand LOLA these have literally just come into Marks&Spencer's here in England. Lola is a Spanish brand, and this lipstick range comes in six beautiful colours. It is available to buy at 12.00 each! Cheaper then MAC, Bobbi Brown and Benefit!!

I have always preferred Lipstick to gloss, The moment I have my hair down the wind goes over my lips my hair gets sticky, It isn't a pretty moment. You don't have to worry however with this however you end up with a gorgeous matt that lasts!

Minx, is a beautiful colour almost in  between a Rose and Peach colour.

This is me With and without it!

I haven't put any blusher on to show you the colour, It goes well against a pale complexion like mine. I love this colour for spring.

Pancake day 2014

 PANCAKE DAY.

Pancakes a good word, right? Everyone loves pancakes.  So today I went over to Mias to help make pancakes with the kids. Think it was easy a 4 and a 2 year old. Think again. I gave each different food colouring to mix in with the batter.. half of that ended up on the floor.

All the ingredients ready to get in the bowl!

Dylan ready to help!

Very Happy boys!

This was Mias pancakes, The boys wanted blue pancakes..secretly I think they just wanted to eat the ice cream.

The boys pancakes! Looks almost like a love heart!

And my pancakes, I know not exactly the most healthiest as it does have a little golden syrup on them! but they where so tasty.. I did almost forget to take a picture and you can see the bite mark oops!

Did you make pancakes today?

Itsu - Seadweed thins

ITSU - SEAWEED THINS

£1.00 From Sainsburys.

Now, I love sushi, I love Miso soup and really any Japanese food. Seeing as I am a health nut I was in the nut section getting my usual snacks when I spotted these. This is the plain flavour they also come in Wasbi.

They are so thin, and such a unique texture to eat. I personally didn't enjoy them. The after flavour was not pleasant. Neither was the taste, But what do you expect for 24 calories. I unfortunately couldn't even manage one. What a waste.

I would say its one of these things where you either like them or you don't.

I rate 0/5 !

Cooking.

It is so hard for me to post anything without it including food. I am this little thing I do, If I am stressed I bake if I am upset I eat, If I am slightly lost for something to do, I blog about baking and eating.

It is a vicious circle.

In the past year I have learnt to cook..

Honey roasted pork belly, with roasted parsnips and sprouts.

Roasted veg, mozzarella, honey and ciabatta.

French brioche

Butternut squash soup

Cheese and onion quiche
